Our Tech & Product teams bring efood’s app to life! As a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are charged with the task to spot and hire top tech talent who can bring a mindset of continuous improvement.

You will own and drive the full life-cycle recruitment process, from initial role qualification through to hiring the best tech talent on the market, whilst ensuring efood’s outstanding candidate experience. You will build strong relationships both with candidates and internal stakeholders (i.e. Hiring Managers, HRBP) and act as an ambassador for efood. In addition, you will be responsible to develop a talent network of candidates and share your industry knowledge with our business leaders by providing feedback on market conditions and best practices. As we are constantly evolving, you will also have the chance to participate in various recruitment projects whenever needed.

What you’ll need:

To thrive in this role, you ideally have successfully helped scale a team as a full-cycle technical recruiter in a fast-paced environment. You have proven your ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines; you have a passion for building teams and delivering exceptional candidate experience. You also have a combination of the following:

  • Passion about building and championing inclusive and equitable hiring practices; you have experience coaching interviewers and hiring managers about best practices
  • 2+ years of previous work experience as Technical Recruiter, and/or Sourcer
  • BSc Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Experience and proficiency using applicant tracking systems, Google Suite, Slack, LinkedIn or other current tech tools
  • Great communication skills (Greek & English) with experience in interfacing with all levels of an organization, and building influential relationships with candidates
  • “Make it happen approach” by finding creative solutions, trying new things and recovering quickly from difficulties
  • Eagerness to learn - you are constantly looking for opportunities to improve your craft and are receptive to feedback
  • Strong follow-up and follow-through skills – you take ownership and you strive to deliver results with high quality
  • Proven track record juggling and prioritizing multiple time-sensitive tasks
  • Focus on data – you keep track of hiring goals and KPIs by providing accurate, clear, and regularly cadenced reporting on the technical recruiting pipeline
