The Role
The eCommerce Sales Automation & Personalization Supervisor will be part and work closely with CRM, IT & eBusiness Teams to build automation maps and develop nurture programs to move customers along the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand what Customer Data Platforms offer and make sure that clients are aware and benefit of available features
- Analyse, structure, and negotiate long-term technology roadmap initiatives with clients and partners
- Experience process design and optimization, digital governance, and team dynamics
- Communicate and manage across the entire project lifecycle
- Understand the user research, user-cantered design principles and online consumer behaviour
- Stay on top of new technology, techniques, and eager to learn new
- Collaborate with internal teams
The ideal candidate should have
- University Degree in Business Administration, e-Commerce or similar field
- Working experience of 2-3 years minimum in similar positions
- Hands-on experience with one or more Customer Data Platforms or Data Management Platforms
- Experience working on retail & e-Commerce platforms
- Excellent knowledge of Ms Office (mainly Excel)
- Good command of English language
- Self-motivated to prioritise and meet critical project deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation
