What you will do:

• Budget RD Expenses Management: Preparation/ Monthly Monitoring & reporting/ Pos-Disposals-Good receipts
• Suppliers’ monthly maintenance reports follow up
• Market needs Registration based on trade visits, marketing & field managers’ ad hoc requests and prioritize based on store's ranking, significance, urgency.
• Yearly Contracts management in cooperation with purchase
• Updates for all local made permanent constructions or PLV following brands' requests
• Zone Visit POS preparation
• Follow Group Procedures: Order intake to cover all current pos needs, delivery, warehouse stock management, installation in pos
• Asset plv: installations, relocations, disposals, barcoding, locations monthly mapping
• Daily update of visual databases based on new stores, renovations, closures.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Fluent in English language (oral & written)
• Strong computer skills required
