REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• One year of experience as a trainer
• English level C1

Missions:

• Design training actions​
• Design project training plans according to the expressed/identified needs​
• Ensure the adequacy of training actions with the expressed needs​
• Ensure the proper use of teaching methods in project training​
• Evaluate training actions and adjust if necessary​
• Share the recommendations with the ordering client​
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer processes and tools​
• Manage your team and build skills​
