GOPET TRANS HELLAS, leader in the field of international road and rail transport services, is seeking for a highly motivated: Sales Specialist

The Sales Specialist is focused to keep and develop successful business cooperation with small / medium-size or even VIP customers, preliminary agreed with Commercial / General Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and grow a profitable book of business
  • Negotiating rates with customers and carriers depending on the market
  • Determine market costs to submit bids/rates to customers, in order to obtain freight & continue to grow.
  • Meet clients face to face, in order to build a strong business relationship with them
  • Ensures stable long-term development of the business, sets a proactive approach, determining new business opportunities both from the existing clients and new clients

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience at transportation industry
  • Well-spoken / written English
  • Thrive under deadlines & drive results
  • Remain positive and flexible in an ever-changing environment with shifting priorities
  • Are detail oriented with strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills
