As a CS agent, you will be responsible to:

  • assist our members' queries via live chat, email and phone
  • provide information about the product 
  • manage complaints and follow up internally 
  • ensure customer satisfaction 

Required skills:

  • Full professional proficiency in Greek and English, oral and written
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to work 24/7 rotating shifts
