Πλήρης απασχόλησηA Leading International Company requires for its office in Marousi, Athens
Travel & Ticket Booking Administrator.
Qualifications & Experience:
- University or College degree
- 2 to 4 years of experience in administrative work and ticketing using any of GDS systems (Amadeous is plus).
- Good knowledge of English.
- Good skills in Computer and Microsoft Office Applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and problem solving.
- Must be organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Interested and willing to work in a multi-national work environment.
Duties:
- Receive and process staff requests for flight reservation, ticket issuing, itinerary changes for business and personal trips
- Assist staff in finding the convenient and cheaper routes
- Provide hotel reservation for staff when required.
- Inform staff on travel requirements, new updates and entry guidelines for their trips.
- Recommend changes to existing methods and procedures to increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date records, which includes files, contacts list and correspondence etc.
