A day in the life of a User Support Operator

As a User Support Operator, you will be a part of the IT Front Desk Support team in Thessaloniki, Greece.

Your main duties will be to:

  • Setup, configure and troubleshoot Windows laptops
  • Install and configure common productivity applications such as MS Office 365
  • Troubleshoot user-side hardware and software issues
  • Install and administer videoconference equipment
  • Assist in office moves (IT asset transfers)
  • Configure and maintain user accounts through the provisioning process
  • Maintain the respective asset registry

Qualifications

If you have

  • Degree in Information Technology or relative faculty
  • Experience in a similar environment
  • Expert knowledge of Windows 10
  • Experience with laptop hardware
  • Experience in providing support for MS Office Applications
  • Experience working with IOS and Android devices
  • Experience with MAC OS and MAC hardware
  • Solid understanding of Windows Active Directory principles
  • Solid understanding of basic networking principles (DNS, DHCP, LDAP)
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems imaging solutions
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and oral)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communicational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to work in an international/multicultural environment
