The role of the Store Supervisor is to make sure that the store operates according to the company’s standards, processes, and procedures and to work towards achieving the desired goals participating in the overall success of our retail network. The job position concerns the new company’s store in the River West shopping mall at Aigaleo.

• Supervising the daily workflow of the store; opening, closure, daily sales targets, arrivals and returns etc.
• Managing and motivating employees to work based on the company’s customer service standards
• Monitoring store’s performance along with the Area Manager; Being responsible for meeting agreed KPIs
• Training new staff members and being responsible for the overall success of the team
• Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints ensuring high level customers’ satisfaction
• Working closely with a number of departments such as Supply Management, IT, Accounting, Marketing, HR, etc. in order to perform several operational tasks
• Implementing  policies and procedures based on company standards
• Performing other related tasks as necessary

Προσόντα

• Working experience of at least three years as a retail store supervisor
• Experience in the apparel fashion industry will be considered an advancement 
• University Degree in any discipline will be consider a plus
• Proficient user of MS Office. Knowledge of ERP system will be highly appreciated
• Goal oriented and passionate with sales; Customer centric approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong supervisory skills: approachability, energy, and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others
• Ability to work well in a team environment and present a professional demeanor
