Our Fleet Operations team is growing and we’re looking for a new team member to join forces with us in order to support our Fleet Area Managers and make sure that everything runs smoothly.

In this role, you will assist our Fleet Ops using various tools and hold communication with internal teams for riders' matters. The position is based at our central Athens offices.


What you’ll do:

• Update files and take care of paperwork
• Provide riders’ support (Q&A) according to Fleet Ops processes.
• Assist Area Managers in staffing procedures on a weekly basis
• Update Fleet Ops IT tools (compliance, KPIs, etc)
• Cooperate with main stakeholders (logistics, vendor care, customer care) regarding riders’ issues
• Participate in and support ad hoc projects.
  
  
  

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field or responsibilities
• Critical thinking
• To do attitude & responsiveness
• Full-time work, 5 days a week with occasional weekend shifts
