We are looking for an exceptional Senior IT to become part of our group and support our employees' daily activites. Your responsibilities will be the following:
- Provide desktop & network support, troubleshoot and resolve of VOIP, PC hardware, software and networking issues, as reported by users.
- Classify requests of support, maintain ticket status (tracking & routing) and produce service level reports.
- Deploying and maintaining systems, network and security infrastructure & applications at our offices.
- Train users on supported hardware, software and office automation solutions.
- Monitor IT systems and take proper action for normal operation.
- Log & report on H/W and S/W problems.
- Monitor and maintain acceptable system performance. Investigate bottlenecks and optimization solutions. Maintain system security policies.
- Reporting to his/hers superiors as per requested.
Requirements
- You should possess BA/BSc or similar degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering.
- Very good knowledge of English language. Any other language will be considered a plus.
- At least 1 year experience in PC Help Desk Support,.
- You will be able to demonstrate your knowledge of MS Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10) and MS Office Software.
- Previous experience especially at Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, Network switching Layer 2/3 and VPN connections is mandatory.
- Cisco or Microsoft Certifications will be considered as a plus.
