Parts Invoicing-Customer Support (f/m/x)

The position is based in Aspropirgos, Athens, Greece and is offering the opportunity to talented and motivated candidates, to work in a multinational and a challenging environment. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the successful candidate is responsible for the invoicing, Customer support, the communication with Service providers and the Atlas project. The candidate should also support in Orders, monitor Dealers credit lines, prepare Picking List and daily Reports-KPIs, support Warehouse team and Logistics team.

What you should bring along:

• Strong client and internal communication skills with experience working in highly collaborative teams.
• Self-motivation with the aim to perform effectively and provide accurate results.
• Technical school or General high school required, higher degree and Mechanic or IT knowledge as an additional asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
