Our Tier 1 ranked Restructuring team is growing!

We are currently seeking for a Law professional, specialized in Restructuring & Bankruptcy proceedings, to support our Legal team of Platis – Anastassiadis & Associates Law Partnership and help our clients in law projects at different industry sectors. Actively establish internal and external relationships. Anticipate and identify risks within engagements and raise any issues. You will also keep informed of professional standards and firm policies and procedures and effectively apply this knowledge to different client situations.

 Your key responsibilities

To qualify for the role you must have

• 2-4 years professional law working experience in Restructuring, Rehabilitation, Bankruptcy & Liquidation proceedings (said working experience excludes internship period)

• a broad understanding of procedures described in the Greek Law No. 4738/2020 "Debt settlement and second-chance arrangement and other provisions"

• experience in courts, related to Restructuring, Rehabilitation, Bankruptcy & Liquidation proceedings

• solid understanding of civil procedure code on enforcement proceedings

• experience with civil and real estate law shall be considered a strong assetwillingness to embrace a new ch

• allenge, in a non-traditional legal services environment

• strong academic record including degree (bachelor) in Law from a Greek university

• relevant LLM preferably from a top ranked university

• substantial MS office knowledge

• excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English

• excellent communication and prioritization skills

• strong teamwork and project management skills

• results-oriented approach with keen attention to high quality, details and accuracy

• self-motivation and desire to exceed expectations

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Work for a Credit Institution, Law or Advisory firm;
• Participation in public Tender proceedings;
• Familiarity with credit documentation;
