Our litigation team is looking for an experienced Lawyer to partner with the Head of Litigation mainly in matters of commercial disputes.

Key responsibilities

· Drafting and reviewing pleadings, controlling the flow of information regarding litigation cases

· Attending Court and mediation hearings

· Preparing and delivering presentations and written publications on related issues.

Requirements / Candidate’s Profile

· Bachelor’s Degree in Law

· Postgraduate degree in Law

· At least 10 years practicing lawyer with court litigation experience

· Excellent command of the English language (both verbally and written). Knowledge of any additional foreign language will be considered an asset

· Motivation for career progression and development

· Excellent client management and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work in a committed team
