DEMO SA, one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in injectable facilities is looking for a high-performing HR Officer to support the flawless and on-time execution of all HR Operational activities with main focus on employee benefits.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact and administer company’s employee benefits such as: medical plan program, company cars, mobile phones, personal protective equipment.
- Liaise with external partners – HR service providers, to ensure a smooth cooperation and address company’s needs and requests
- Handle employees’ queries and provide relevant information, feedback, ensuring an excellent employee experience
- Process purchase orders via SAP / ERP
- Support payroll preparation and execution in company’s payroll system. Collect and analyse payroll-related data such as overtimes, shifts, leaves and absences and other payroll components. Liaise with payroll manager to clarify and confirm arising issues eg overtime.
- Monitor employee leaves & absences
- Participate in HR transformation and digitalization projects, as well as benefits optimization projects
- Prepare various HR reports/ presentations
- Act as a valuable member to the HR team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Human Resources
- 1- 2 years of proven experience in a similar role focused on employee benefits
- Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with SCAN, SAP/ERP and ERGANI systems will be appreciated
- Fluency in English and Greek (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Results driven with attention to detail. Determination to exceed targets and expectations
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking and manage sensitive issues with a high degree of confidentiality
