Regency Entertainment S.A. a leading company in the Greek gaming and luxury hotels industry is looking for a candidate to cover the following open position at Regency Casino Thessaloniki:

Marketing Assistant

Main Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of marketing plans/campaigns and coordination of all related activities (including creatives, event planning, press & media, PR etc.)
• Communicate with the marketing partners and advertising agency that assist with the marketing plan execution, above and below the line
• Track and report on performance and efficiency of marketing activities
• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of marketing team’s activities
• Be part of the RCT Marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Manager

Qualifications and Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline
• Proficiency in English

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant marketing experience
• Experience in promotions & event planning, organizing, and coordinating events will be considered a strong plus

Competencies (skills, knowledge, abilities and attitude)

• Excellent knowledge and use of MS Office
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Greek and English language
• Proven ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines
• Resourceful, innovative, and proactive problem solver who is able to work collaboratively and independently
• Quick learner, organized and detail oriented
• Creative thinking and analytical problem solving
