The opportunity
You will build experience and unique insight on one or more disciplines, you will use your knowledge to provide combined services covering a spectrum of activities from strategy and transformation to risk management and information technology. We’re currently growing our Consulting team across all capabilities to help meet increasing demand, providing you with the opportunity to work with a number of large-scale projects for major clients in Greece and abroad.
Your key responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for working directly with clients to transform their business problems into technology solutions.
The goal is to support our clients' efforts to develop products or services that meet customer expectations and generate business value or make their business units more effective and efficient.
You will be responsible to assess client needs, plan and manage business analysis tasks, eliciting and analyzing requirements, participate in solution qualification, and support technology delivery teams through technology design and implementation monitoring and verification tasks.

- Ability to develop presentations that are clear and impactful, translating EY consulting services into meaningful valued propositions for clients
- Provide insights and recommendations to help verify that the solution/technology is meeting business requirements and identify new projects and opportunities for additional services.
- Continuously evolve your technical awareness
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Willingness to work on in Business Analysis / Transformation, Project management roles. Eagerness to work independently in order to deliver high quality outcomes for complex problems under demanding timeframes
- Advanced business writing skills both in Greek and English language
- A bachelor and/or Master degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science or other related field with quantitative focus
- Proficiency in one or more of the following competencies
- Definition of business and technical requirements;
- System and vendor selection and implementation
- Design of business and technology architecture
- Program/project management and implementation planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical writing and client presentations
- Advanced user of MS Office suite (especially for MS Excel and PowerPoint)
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Experience in business analysis methodologies and business analysis documentation standards
- Knowledge of software engineering methodologies, reporting tools, modeling (use cases, processes, data, interfaces, etc.), traceability matrices, testing strategies
- Project Management methodologies experience and relevant qualifications: Agile, Scrum or traditional waterfall (PMP, Prince2)
- Working experience in business intelligence technologies (e.g. SQL, PowerBI)
