Candidate profile

We are seeking an experienced Sales Support / Back-Office Specialist to join our dynamic team of Industrial Sales.

• Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other issues.
• Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information
• Answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings, and sales appointments, and following up with customers about their order status.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Sales support / Back-office specialist in industrial spare-part business
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
• Excellent knowledge of English language (German language will be a plus)
• Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Teamwork and motivational skills
• Excellent communication skills
