Packaging Leader

Optimal HR Group, on behalf of its client, one of the world’s leading brewery groups, is looking for a Packaging Leader for the company’s plant in western Thessaloniki.

The Packaging Leader is responsible to achieve the company’s strategic goals by ensuring all packaging requirements are met, with responsibility for the full range of packaging related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor Packaging tasks in Can Line to ensure excellent quality and efficient production
• Comply with Company Health and Safety regulations and quality standards
• Take corrective action when needed, following the company’s policies and methodologies
• Deliver the department’s KPIs
• Report to the Packaging Manager regarding packaging issues/shortages and manning levels

Requirements:

• University Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (MSc will be considered as a plus)
• At least 3 years of experience in Production Line Packaging (preferably in the FMCG industry)
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem solving ability
• Adaptability to changing conditions, work priorities and organizational needs
• Strong people management and motivation skills
• MS Office literacy
• SAP knowledge will be considered as a plus
• Fluency in Greek and English, oral and written
