For our Operations in Greece we are currently looking for a SR Sales Solution Engineer with strong experience in Payment Industry so as to strengthen the activities within the Sales department.
Activities
- Support sales accounts team for the definition of commercial development plans
- Define RFP technical proposal, identifying the key elements of the offer and supporting the sales accounts team for defining the price through a detailed cost analysis
- Making technical product and services presentations
- Project management making the necessary changes based on specific customer needs
- Develop and manage relationships with partners and external suppliers
- Provide support for the main issues in the post-sales phase, ensuring first-line assistance
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in business development roles
- Deep knowledge of banking market landscape and strong understanding of acquiring and payment industry
- Previous proven experience on technical projects in Digital Payments area and in management of Merchant customers
- Technical and design skills developed in different industries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills will be required to manage across stakeholders, partners, clients
- Excellent project management skills
- Bachelor's and/or Master Degree
- Excellent command of English & Greek language. Italian language knowledge would be considered as a plus
- Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
