NPI Procurement SC Projects

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Coordinating and facilitating all new projects where SC is involved and timely delivery of expected outcome
• Focus on SAP projects related to SC function
• Work as part of a cross-functional NPI team representing SC
• Continuously improve existing processes through data/establishing facts and propose improvements
• Interpret inventory requests, production schedules, purchase requisitions, orders, and other documents to coordinate purchasing activities with the organization’s current and anticipated demand for goods and materials
• Communicate status of orders with internal customers

Required Skills

• University degree
• SAP knowledge/experience
• 5 years proven experience in Supply Chain/Logistics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of Supply Chain processes
• Project management experience
• Ability to meet deadlines and to plan and prioritize workload
• Communicating effectively and efficiently
• Building relationships
• Problem solving and decision making ability

Optional Skills

• Educational background in Engineering
• Post graduate studies will be considered as an asset
• Communication skills in German (verbal and written)
• Working experience in a multinational company
