Pharmaceutical Oriented Services (Pharos) Ltd. is a leading group of companies within the Generics’ Pharmaceutical Industry, established in 2002, dedicated in Product Development, Business Development and Regulatory Affairs across Europe and the globe. PharOS is currently recruiting for one position in the expanding Technical Transfer Department (Operations) 
Candidate reports directly to the Technical Transfer Supervisor and the Operations Director

Job Description:
• Participate in the CMO evaluation process by assessing available equipment and capacity. 
• Prepare analytical method transfer and stability protocols and review of their reports.
• Contact QA department to take all necessary documentation/information from the dossier regarding manufacturing and testing of the product for the transfer to CMO.
• Provide problem solving support during validation batch manufacturing and analytical testing of APIs and finished products at CMO site in Greece or abroad.
• Review batch manufacturing and batch packaging record templates.
• Monitor ICH stability results for validation batches and update on-going stability cards.
• Participate in the development process of new products
• Maintain and update Operations cabinet in PharOS document management system.

Qualifications and experience:
• University or Technical degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Pharmacology or other relevant field.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in product development and analytical sector of the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of analytical testing and formulation development.
• Basic knowledge on GMP guidelines.
• Fluency in English, including scientific writing skills and pharmaceutical terminology.
• Professional use of MS Office Suite, Internet research and ERP/BI reporting tools.
• Ability to function as part of a team and good communication skills.
• Responsibility and commitment on project timelines.
