- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent studies in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in broad marketing roles, preferably within luxury hospitality or high-end brands. Experience in coordinating multi-channel campaigns is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, KPIs, and deadlines in a fast-paced and rigorous environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of luxury industry standards and marketing best practices.
- Passionate about marketing, eager to grow professionally, and motivated to make a tangible impact on the brand.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and efficient in time management.
- A collaborative team player with a growth mindset and commitment to excellence.
- Coordinate with external marketing agencies by providing clear briefs, structured feedback, and proactive follow-up. Ensure accurate execution of projects, scopes, timelines, and deliverables, while maintaining seamless communication across all stakeholders. Review deliverables for brand alignment and identify areas for improvement.
- Create tailored content for each channel, ensuring alignment and understanding of the objectives of every marketing initiative and maintaining a consistent brand voice that reflects the resort’s premium positioning.
- Review marketing materials, including social media content, print collateral, websites, PR activities, online and offline activations, design and creative assets and third-party platform presence, ensuring brand consistency, accuracy, and excellence across all touchpoints. Provide recommendations for improvement and maintain a feedback loop with all contributors.
- Participate in resort visits in Santorini, capturing content for social media, coordinating media and influencer stays, attend on-site photoshoots, and ensuring all materials are properly distributed to relevant departments.
- Stay continuously updated with the latest resort information, key selling points and unique angles to support compelling and accurate content creation.
- Maintain organized marketing archives and asset galleries, coordinate marketing meetings, and manage agendas, briefings, documentation, and all relevant files with precision ensuring structured systems and easy access for the broader team.
- Demonstrate understanding of the luxury marketing landscape, staying informed on best practices and trends in marketing, and ensuring all communications meet the resort’s luxury brand standards and support elevated storytelling.
- Support additional marketing initiatives and projects as assigned, contributing to overall delivery of high-impact marketing outputs and reinforcing brand excellence across all marketing activities.
