Responsibilities
-
Supervise and motivate bar staff, ensuring excellent performance and team cohesion.

Implementation on a daily basis of the operation procedures of the department including inventory management, ordering and cost control.

Ensure high standards of customer service and quality of drinks.

Maximize Hotel Food & Beverage sales
-
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Great attention to detail

Support management in developing and executing promotional events and cocktail menus.

Training and guiding the bar team members
Qualifications
-
Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or Senior Bartender in a 4* or 5* hotel or high-end bar.
-
Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends.
-
In depth knowledge of F&B Quality Service Sop’s is crucial.
- Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential.
- Very good knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset.
- Previous experience on POS & Micros systems is more than welcomed.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with natural ability and confidence to sell / promote.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Problem solving skills.
