Empiria Group is currently looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our headquarters team. This is a full-time, year-round job based in Athens.

Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue by identifying opportunities, securing new business, and supporting the development of strong client relationships. You will represent the hotel group within key market segments, support the execution of sales plans, and provide exceptional service to prospective and existing clients.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Represents the Sales department to clients and partners with professionalism and in alignment with established brand standards.
- Identifies new business opportunities, supports lead generation, and contributes to achieving the property’s revenue targets.
- Analyzes basic market and customer data to support sales strategy and decision-making.
- Manages assigned accounts, conducts regular follow-ups, and helps maintain existing business growth.
- Supports the planning and execution of sales initiatives, including promotions and campaigns.
- Conducts site inspections and supports FAM trip coordination to showcase the properties.
- Assists the Sales Manager in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Serves as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth event and booking delivery.
- Ensures all interactions adhere to Marriott’s Customer Service and Brand Standards.
- Maintains accurate sales records, reports, and documentation.
- Demonstrates strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality, Sales, Business, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar client-facing role; luxury hotel experience is a plus.
- Excellent English & Greek language, with the ability to write and speak effectively
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Position is Athens-based, with seasonal short-term stays in Santorini and Paros.
