F&B MANAGER

Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our hotel's food and beverage operations in Athens, Greece. The ideal candidate will enhance guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional dining experiences, managing staff, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a creative leader with a deep understanding of culinary trends, strong managerial skills, and a commitment to excellence.
Scope:
- Reports to Hotel Manager
- Oversee daily F&B operations, including restaurant, bar, room service, banquets, and catering
- Ensure superior guest experiences through high-quality service, innovative menu offerings, and attention to detail
- Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of F&B professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue through effective pricing and sales strategies
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies
Prerequisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a hotel or high-volume restaurant setting.
- Fluent in Greek and English; additional languages are an asset.
- Proficiency in F&B management software, POS systems, and MS Office Suite
