Kariera.gr | Hiring Solutions team is looking for a Technical Service  Network Expert on behalf of its client, the leading e-commerce and omnichannel retailer in Greece.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, implement, install and configure data and voice networks according to business needs and objectives.
• Ensure network infrastructure is secured and properly operating.
• Monitor network performance, identify problems and implement corrective actions.
• Follow security policies and participate in security measures implementation.
• Work closely with stakeholders and other teams to prioritize system capabilities and network needs.
• Evaluate new network and telecom technologies and services for potential improvements.
• Manage network documentation, including topologies, configurations, policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of data collection and processing / reporting
• Familiarity with home appliance service would be a plus
• Experience in managing and documenting installation and maintenance processes.
• Commercial approach
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Communication and collaboration skills for interacting with clients and other professionals.
• Excellent proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Excel.
