Your role
As a Sales Representative in our Critical Care Business Unit, you will play an instrumental role in bringing our portfolio of innovative products to healthcare professionals in Greece. Your responsibilities will include:

- Building strong, trust-based relationships with HCPs (healthcare professionals), decision-makers, and key stakeholders in the critical care field.
- Promoting our specialized portfolio in critical care, offering solutions that directly improve patient outcomes.
- Driving market share and achieving sales growth by contributing to the successful execution of local strategies in alignment with Critical Care objectives.
- Identifying and addressing the specific needs of the critical care segment to tailor impactful, hyper-targeted strategies in healthcare facilities.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, marketing, to ensure alignment across internal initiatives.
- Utilizing CRM tools to systematically track interactions, report progress, and align with team goals, including local commercial plans.
Your efforts will significantly contribute to meeting healthcare professionals’ needs while improving the lives of critically ill patients.
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a scientific, healthcare, or economic discipline would be considered an asset.
- A minimum of 5 years of experiencein a similar role, preferably in critical care pharmaceuticals with established experience in the fields of Oncology, Hematology, and/or Vascular Surgery.
- Proven success in sales roles, including a strong understanding of hospital environments and related dynamics.
- Demonstrable expertise in building meaningful, results-driven relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare field.
- Strong command of English(written and spoken).
- Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting systems, with an understanding of data-driven decision-making within sales.
