This role is key to ensuring smooth order processing and excellent customer experience.

What you’ll do:

• Manage incoming customer orders and monitor the production process.
• Track shipments until delivery, keeping customers informed throughout.
• Support the Sales team and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• Excellent English and French communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Team player with adaptability; prior customer service experience is a plus.
