Key Responsibilities

Implement and support the leisure sales strategy in line with the hotel’s commercial objectives

Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and regular market outreach activities

Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with existing leisure accounts

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the leisure segment

Generate demand and enhance visibility across key domestic and international markets
-
Prepare sales reports, account overviews, and market insights for the Head of Sales
-
Represent the hotel at trade fairs, industry events, and promotional activities when required

Maintain structured and organized client records, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication
Requirements

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Strong command of English and Greek, both written and spoken

High level of adaptability and professionalism in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented personality with a proactive, positive, and goal-focused approach

Strong customer orientation and ability to build long-term professional relationships
Qualifications

University degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field

Previous experience in hotel sales—preferably within the leisure segment
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with hotel sales systems (CRM, PMS, CRS) is an advantage
