Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate the maintenance of the stores and headquarters buildings and their fit-out
• Monitor service requests and coordinate repairs to keep building equipment and infrastructure functional and efficient
• Verify compliance with the maintenance plan and supervise the work of maintenance partners
• Order fit-out for PEPCO premises to ensure correct operation of stores
• Order technical inspections of fire protection, electric, air-conditioning, ventilation, etc. devices and systems
• Coordinate installation and service of IT-related equipment

If you have at least:

• Education in the field of construction/engineering
• 1-3 years of experience in maintenance/facilities management
• English working proficiency
• IT skills: MS Excel
• Teamwork, problem-solving, planning, communication and organizing skills
