• Collaborating with business specialists across different teams, including technical consultants, to interpret requirements and understand the business objectives.
• Collecting, retrieving, and understanding large datasets (big data).
• Uploading data files into data platform.
• Analyzing data, setting models, and assessing their quality in terms of business sense.
• Actively participating in project meetings/calls with local Circana teams.
• Monitoring modelling process and performance.
• Handling multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
• Communicating results and recommendations to Local teams and technical consultants.
• Inputs preparation for company’s visualization and simulation applications, as well as QA (checking that applications work as expected).

profile

• MSc degree in Statistics, or similar quantitative field of study
• University degree (BSc) in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or any relevant field
• Background / working experience in statistical modeling (i.e., linear, GLM etc.) or econometric models
• Hands-on experience with handing and manipulating data from multiple sources and integrate them into a single source view/report/dataset would be appreciated
• Ability to visualize modelling results into charts in order to easily evaluate modeling outcome
• Experience with R, Python, SQL will be considered a plus
• Experience in VBA will be considered a plus
• Ability to interpret modeling results into business insights
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and multi-task efficiently
