Navarino Dunes is looking for a Food & Beverage Reservations Coordinator. The selected candidate will manage guests’ table booking requests effectively, constantly providing excellent customer service, based on the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, that comply with the company’s standards. They will contribute to F&B Team mission by enhancing teamwork, Philoxenia and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle, promote and upsell table reservations, private dining requests, and F&B events, and communicate them to the F&B and Culinary team, as well as all to the Marketing department.
- Manage pre-arrival and in-house requests, update and organize reservations system to maximize F&B revenue, and handle restaurants email inbox messages.
- Gain good knowledge of the current reservation system and assist restaurant colleagues with any issues that arise, while also updating F&B operations information in all Digital Communication Channels of the hotels.
- Communicate guest’s important information as well as complaints, to the respective departments, and update guest’s profile on Opera, as well as follow up on actions needed.
- Provide general secretarial and administrative support to the F&B Management Team.
- Follow all H&S rules, hotel policies, SOPs and Brand Standards at all times. Guide and encourage team to do the same.
- Attend all trainings and seminars provided by the company and continuously remain updated for all trends and market news
Requirements
- Previous experience in F&B Reservations is highly preferred
- High School Diploma
- Ability to speak, read and write in Greek and English.
- Computer literacy skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills, as well as customer service skills.
- Attention to detail, fast integration, initiative and proactivity.
- Highly professional in appearance, character and conduct.
