About the role
There is currently a job opening for “Interior Shop Assistant” in the Shops Department. As an Interior Shop Assistant, you will support the shops personnel along with repair of the components at the internal part of airplanes. If you're enthusiastic to join the aviation industry and eager to contribute to repairing operations, this role is for you.
What you will do:
- Assist in carpet cutting, in drawing and hems binding of cut carpet parts
- Support in overhaul and maintenance of passenger seats in accordance with the procedures described in the Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) and the Shops Manual
- Participate in repairs of cabin parts and painting of repaired surfaces
- Participate at the issuance of certificates for cabin parts, painting and repairment of surfaces in accordance with the procedures described in the Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) and the Shops Manual
- Participate in closing cabin observations activities
You fit, if you cover the following requirements:
- Technical school, relevant technical training or certification is a plus
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Fluency in oral and written English
And you have competence in:
- Demonstrating attention to detail
- Working collaboratively
- Committing strongly to guidelines and procedures
- Prioritizing and time management
