Mar-Bella Collection is currently seeking for an E-Commerce Executive who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the company's e-commerce endeavors.

Being part of our Sales and Marketing team you will:

·       Be Responsible for loading rates, room listings, special offers and content across different online channels

·        Focus on improving the customer journey and experience, including addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.

·        Work closely with the Marketing team to promote through the online channels all necessary content

·        Implement changes on our back-office systems regarding Special Offers and Allotment
Reports towards constantly improving booking journey and increasing conversion.

·        Work closely with Reservations Dept to ensure that online pricing and
availability perfectly matches real time pricing and availability.

·        Monitor and analyze online marketing trends.

·        Liaise with Sales Managers for Online Campaigns and Special Offers.

·        Be the Account manager for Mobile & other Applications projects, design, going live, maintaining and up-dating

·        Oversee customers’ database and direct communication with clients with commercial scope.

·        Increase turnover through direct online reservations.

·         Further increase conversion rates, number of bookings and number of unique visitors on Hotels’ website.

 

Requirements:

·        Previous experience with OTAs and Channel Management required. 
·        A bachelor's degree in e-commerce, marketing or a related field is preferred.
·        Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
·        Energetic, smiling, and passionate to his/her work
·        Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
·        Understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
·        Good data interpretation and organizational skills
·        Innovative approach to work
