Regulatory Affairs Officer

Role: Full-time, permanent

Location: Schimatari, Greece (free company bus provided from Athens / travel allowance)

Salary: Competitive + benefits

 

The Role:

We’re seeking a regulatory Affairs Officer in Schimatari, Greece, to ensure the legal and regulatory compliance of products, navigating complex regulations, preparing necessary documentation, and maintaining accurate records.

 

Your activities will include:

  • Prepare and submit the licenses’ applications to EOF for the pharmaceutical products that Greece site is handling in terms of importation, packaging, testing and batch release.
  • Coordinate communication with EOF in order to support different requirements in terms of licenses issuance.
  • Maintain the files and databases electronically and in hardcopy, when required.
  • Monitor and interpret regulatory changes/ variations and communicate their impact internally
  • Monitor the updates in RTDs and is responsible for informing all departments on the impact
  • Initiates the change control that are reletaed to all the above activities and their proper closure on time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the departments involved.
  • Follows and complies to all good practices (GMP, GDP), to the Quality Management System, regulatory requirements, internal processes and procedures, company guidelines, the corporate governance code, the Health Safety and Environment (EHS) procedures and good practices and all company policies and regulations, and actively contributes to their improvement.
  • Ensures and protects data integrity in every action.
  • Undertakes any other project or responsibility that is assigned by the company, within the broader scope of the position’s responsibilities.

 

 

The Person:

  • Considerable amount of experience in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineer, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy or any relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Fluent in Greek & English
