Chrom4 GmbH is a young and fast growing Chromatography consumable manufacturer with a current distribution network in Europe, America, Asia and Middle East
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Distributors Support Manager to join our Chrom4 team. Reporting directly to Chrom4 Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for establishing long-term, trusted relationships with our distribution channel. The goal is to meet the company's expectations by ensuring the highest level of service. & sales targets
The candidate will work from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm, using his/her home office, equipped with office tools by the company, preferably in Athens or the Thessaloniki area.
As Distributors Support Manager, you will:
Approach new potential distributors
Maintain and enhance relationships with Chrom4 distributors.
Collaborate with the distributor’s sales teams to achieve quotas, identify and grow opportunities.
Ensure that distributors are satisfied and engaged with our products in the long-term;
Forecast and track metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
Act as the key interface between the distributors’ sales & support teams and Chrom4.
Answer distributors’ queries and help them with their quotation process securing existing sales prospects
Offer remote sales and technical support to the distributors’ sales teams.
Offer remote training on all Chrom4 product lines to the distributors’ sales teams.
Support the distributor’s events, work-shops and exhibitions if needed
Exhibit bi-annually at Analytica, Munich
Managing daily e-mail correspondence with all distributors and their customers if needed
Provide information and reports to the Chrom4 Managing director in a timely manner
Send mailers and do follow-ups
To be considered you should have:
Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Biology or related sciences
Demonstrable previous experience as a chromatography lab chemist or a sales/applications chemist for chromatography products
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong verbal and written communication skills in other Languages will be a plus
Ability to communicate properly
Very good listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Consistency, accountability and emphasis on results
Ability to travel in Europe, up to once per quarter to coach Chrom4 distributors and attend Analytica in Munich
