DEMO S.A. Pharmaceutical Industry is an industrial and commercial organization established in 1965 and active in the production and sales of pharmaceutical products. We are one of the major pharmaceutical manufacturers in Greece with a very strong presence in the hospital market, ranking first among all the Greek pharmaceutical companies in terms of units sold. Our product portfolio includes many injectable generic pharmaceutical formulations for several therapeutic categories.

In this context, we are seeking to hire highly motivated professionals to cover the following position:

Product Manager Oncology

Job Description
To develop, implement and evaluate brand specific marketing plans to achieve both long and short term agreed business objectives, including sales and profitability targets, in accordance with the company's strategic marketing plan. The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical and have an in-depth understanding of marketing concepts and the Greek pharmaceutical market.

Responsibilities 
  • Develops accurate short and long term plans, forecasting and business analysis. Ensures timely execution and follow-up, meets deadlines, prioritizes projects and time
  • Develops and presents compelling plans for management endorsement
  • Manages all aspects of the marketing mix 
  • Works with medical and sales functions to create and implement market shaping strategies 
  • Participates in teams and works cross-functionally to integrate all plans and strategies and ensure strategic alignment
  • Manages brand positioning messages, and key objectives
  • Manages sales force communication and training regarding related programs ensuring effective integration with Sales Force activities
  • Participates in the development of market research plans
  • Assists in the development of personal healthcare professional (HCP) promotional materials
  • Develops and implements brand positioning and messaging to customer segment
  • Manages other brand functions as needed including special projects and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications
  • University Degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Marketing or Business Administration. An MBA is an asset but not mandatory
  • Minimum of 2 years current/recent sales experience in oncology field 
  • Marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry is an asset but not mandatory
  • Understanding of EOF code and regulations
  • Ability to digest complex clinical information and interpret its relevance to the Greek market 
  • Ability to partner with internal functions 
  • Experience working with and directing agencies and strategic vendors
  • Analytical skills including ability to apply understanding of market research processes to inform deep customer insights
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills
  • Strong project management and problem resolution skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written including presentation skills
  • Fluent in English and Greek
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office
  • Motivated to advance your career within a fast-paced and growing team
  • Own a driver’s license

Place of work
Athens. Ability to travel up to 30%.
