Περιγραφή Θέσης

In ISOPLUS S.A. we are growing and looking for a high-performing Medical Supervisor to join our Mustela Scientific Team. For over 60 years, Mustela offers safe and innovative products that protect and preserve health of the most fragile skin of infants, babies, children, as well as new and expecting mothers worldwide.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will support our fast paced brand, by meeting customer acquisition and revenue growth targets, keeping our company competitive and innovative. Moreover, acting as Key Account Manager he/she will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with key customers and overachieve sales.

As member of our team, you will

  • manage, develop, coach and motivate sales force to develop their skills achieving high professional standards. Plan for their training and development to acquire new skills.
  • ensure that monthly sales and KPIs targets are met.
  • be accountable for implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
  • develop brand action plans and monitor their quantitative and qualitative execution
  • take responsibility for redirecting efforts as needed to deliver high productivity and quality of work from self and others
  • identify and build strong professional relationships with key customers who are potential brand advocates and who have a sphere of influence broader than their own practice. Manage a complex matrix of relationships with key assigned stakeholders, balancing differing agendas to achieve the overall accounts objectives
  • work collaboratively with other functions
  • demonstrate strong business ethics, understand basic business principles and interpret resources available to make sound business decision to help achieve standards of business excellence.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years' experience with consistent success in Dermocosmetics or healthcare sales
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Negotiation, Effective Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Excellent Team Working Skills
  • Secure handling of CRM system, MS Office
  • Initiative, flexibility and a willingness to take responsibility
  • Strong analytical, strategic and conceptual skills
  • Strong customer orientation, sales-oriented thinking
  • Fluent English spoken and written
