Description / Requirements
The role is promoting respective products on the given territory aimed to realize sales objectives, according to strategy. Building relationships with healthcare professionals / KOLs in entrusted segment will be a key activity.
Regular market situation monitoring and taking action to react to reach profitable growth.
Relations with KOLs - Creation and maintaining relationships with KOLs, asking feedback from customers, positive image of company and products building
Planning and realization of sales calls in the given territory, in the selected centers
Promotion of given products to partners, in accordance with company strategy and promotional visits’ standards
Responsible for presence in all relevant tenders, conducting of the tender documentations and deadlines of tender proceedings
Organization and preparation of roundtables, trainings for doctors, nurses and relevant partners, their development, motivation and information in point of products, prices.
Budget and resources management, performing administration duties
Given therapeutic area knowledge (Biologics – Biosimilars) with emphasis on Rheumatologists and Gastroenterologists, market situation, market segments and competitors knowledge
Advanced communication skills, interpersonal influence and impact
Team player mentality, mature personality, reliability and detail orientation
Selling and negotiation skills.
Medical knowledge at given therapeutic area
Min. 3 years’ experience as Sales Rep in a reputable pharmaceutical company
Working knowledge of speaking and writing in English
