PharOS is enlarging its Alliance Management Department and currently seeking for an Alliance Management Officer. The Alliance Management Department is a Strategic function within PharOS directly reporting to Top Management and is working closely, not only with most of the internal departments, but also with the clients. Its main role is to handle the internal and external communication in order to ensure effective and timely execution of all Contractual Obligations, from the signature of an agreement till the launch of the respective product. The ideal candidate should meet the following expectations: 

Alliance Management Officer

Role Description

Contractual Obligations Management:
  • Assists with the coordination of an assigned project from the signature of a License & Supply Agreement to the registration and launch of the products involved
  • Ensures cross-functional and inter-companies implementation of contractual obligations
  • Sets estimated timeframes and reminders for each deliverable and receivable, monitors and reviews progress of the contractual agreements
  • Supports meetings and teleconferences between Customer and internal teams
  • Performs database management to track progress, update and consolidate the status of each contractual project
  • Periodically submitting management reports highlighting projects/obligations at risk

Corporate Projects Management:
  • Assists the Alliance Manager on assigned corporate projects requiring multilevel involvement across departments
  • Handles small scale assigned corporate projects

Marketing related tasks:
  • Coordination, preparation, monitoring of exhibition arrangements (i.e. CPhI Worldwide Exhibition)
  • Assist on corporate identity activities

Experience & Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:
  • Bachelor's degree related to Life Sciences, Scientific (e.g. Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, etc), Economics or Business Administration.
  • Master’s degree or other postgraduate titles will be an asset
  • Previous experience in the Generic Pharmaceutical industry will be considered a significant plus
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of MS Project and Database management preferable
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to reprioritize workload 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Commercial and business understanding is essential
  • Willingness to learn
  • Excellent English skills
