Restaurant Manager

for season 2026

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with Bill & Coo and LQA standards.

• Welcome and escort guests to their tables, ensuring a warm and personalized service throughout their dining experience.

• Confidently describe menu items, highlighting ingredients, origin, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.

• Work closely with the culinary team to communicate guest orders, special requests, and coordinate food timings.

• Oversee and control all restaurant-related administrative duties, including purchasing, inventory control, and cost management.

• Prepare and review daily reports, sales summaries, and shift handovers.

• Supervise and schedule staff shifts, ensuring optimal coverage and team efficiency.

• Lead, train, and motivate the team to uphold service excellence and consistency in accordance with Bill & Coo and LQA standards.

• Ensure that all orders are properly recorded in the POS and booking system, maintaining accuracy in guest checks and daily revenue reports.

• Remain calm, composed, and solutions-oriented in high-pressure or unexpected situations.

To be successful in this role, your experience should include:

• 2+ years' experience in a similar position
• LHW or other 5-star international hotel chain experience
• degree in Hospitality/F&B
• computer literacy – MS Office
• knowledge of micros and POS (Point od Sale) system
• ability to converse in both Greek and English
• customer oriented
• strong team leader and able to work under pressure
