We work with clients from around the world, guiding them through the entire Golden Visa process from property selection to residency approval.

The Role

We're looking for a creative, versatile marketing professional to join our team and take ownership of our content and digital presence. This is a hands-on execution role—you'll be responsible for creating compelling content across all formats, managing our social media channels, and bringing our marketing strategies to life. The ideal candidate has agency experience, is comfortable working across video, design, and written content, and can manage multiple projects independently. Note that this is managing an international brand with global presence, so fluent English is essential. 

Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Create engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Write SEO-optimised blog posts, articles, and long-form content
• Develop content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules
• Adapt content and messaging for different platforms and audiences

Video Production

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media and marketing campaigns
• Create short-form video content (reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
• Produce longer-form video content for YouTube and presentations

Design & Creative

• Design marketing materials, presentations, and pitch decks
• Create ad creatives for paid campaigns
• Develop brochures, one-pagers, and sales collateral
• Maintain visual brand consistency across all touchpoints

Campaign Execution

• Execute marketing strategies and campaigns set by leadership
• Track campaign performance and report on key metrics
• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed

SEO & Research

• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends
• Analyse content performance and recommend improvements

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a marketing, content, or creative role, ideally in an agency environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video, design, and written content skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects), Canva, and Figma
• Experience shooting and editing video content
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms
• Understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation
• Experience managing social media accounts and content calendars
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) – this is essential
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Interest in real estate, investment immigration, or luxury markets is an advantage
