As the Guest Relations Manager, you will be at the heartbeat of our world-class properties, including Canaves Ena, Canaves Oia Suites & Spa, Sunday Suites, and Canaves Epitome. Your mission will be to ensure that every guest feels special, valued, and completely taken care of during their stay with us.
In this engaging role, you’ll lead the charge in enhancing the overall guest experience by proactively addressing needs, crafting personalized itineraries, and managing any special requests. You’ll be the bridge between various departments, ensuring seamless communication and exemplary service delivery, all while maintaining the luxurious reputation that Canaves Collection is known for.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a guest relations or customer service role within the luxury hospitality sector
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and engaging personality
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Proven problem-solving abilities, with a knack for resolving guest issues gracefully
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- A deep passion for providing unparalleled guest experiences and a dedication to excellence
- Experience with property management systems (PMS) is a plus, with Opera knowledge preferred
- Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and the ability to work flexible hours
