About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contracting & Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Contracting Team in our Rhodes office.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of client contracts – from creation and updates to renewals – while also monitoring collections and ensuring that outstanding balances are followed up accurately and on time. You will be in daily contact with clients, handling clarifications, documentation, and payment-related matters with professionalism and clarity.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining, managing, entering, reviewing, and updating client contracts in accordance with company procedures and internal policies.
- Monitoring and controlling the contract lifecycle (initiation, amendments, renewals, expirations).
- Monitoring collections and managing overdue balances.
- Communicating with clients regarding outstanding payments, clarifications, and required documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Understanding of basic financial concepts (VAT, charges, discounts, credit notes).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence in using ERP systems (ideally Entersoft).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with consistency and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team spirit.
- Very good command of the English language.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the hospitality or SaaS sector.
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Operations, or Accounting departments.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
