An investment company that operates in the Real-Estate sector, based in Athens, is currently looking to cover a position with the following details:

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure that all tasks related to the maintenance of the company’s properties are completed in an effective way
• Monitor what repairs need to be completed and make sure they are completed on time
• Keep records of properties maintenance invoices
• Monitor maintenance expenses of properties
• Review the cost of maintenance plans and ensure that the most cost-effective option is implemented
• Facilitate good communication within team members
• Plan operations for all the stages of maintenance of the properties
• Communicate with the tenants and subcontractors when it is required

Key Requirements:

• University degree
• Be able to work independently and possess strong organizational skills
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Able to communicate in a professional way
• Excellent knowledge of English (both written & orally)
• Strong administrative skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Past experience in a management position in property maintenance
• Valid driving license
