Candidates profile  

• Previous working experience and broad knowledge of Japanese Cuisine in a fine restaurant or world class hotel   
• Excellent knowledge of Japanese kitchen operation and organizing procedures  
• Excellent knowledge of hygiene, safety and food management procedures  
• Cooperation and team orientation skills  
• Knowledge of English language  
• Greek Language knowledge will be an advantage
