Your responsibilities

• Preparing formal technical and commercial offers with clear contract terms
• Answering technical queries
• Aiding sales colleagues in specifying optimal, cost-effective solutions to meet customers’ needs
• Using SAP for registering orders, Monitoring the status and Follow-up accordingly for department’s products and services (distribution solutions products e.g. switchgears)
• Ensuring that customer inquiries/orders are resolved on-time and Providing assistance in any necessary escalation/change

Your background

• University Degree in Engineering
• Previous experience will be considered a plus but not prerequisite
• Excellent command of English language
• Strong Computer literacy - knowledge of SAP and Salesforce will be considered an asset
• Ownership & Professionalism
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach
