We are looking for a QA lead to join the QA team that is integrated within the “New Ventures” Business Unit of QUALCO, and ensure that we deliver strong and reliable solutions to our clients. New Ventures is a Business Unit that encapsulates departments with different products and business solutions, for Factoring & Supply Chain Finance, Business Process Management, Loan Management and Micrologistics business. We welcome self-motivated, detail oriented and teamworking individuals, passionate about quality, thus focused to deadlines and customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of 5-8 QA engineers and ensuring quality standards are met for both product releases and project customizations;
- Assign resources, delegate tasks for functional testing and ensuring project goals are met;
- Ensure quality methodologies are followed, across the different departments within the Business Unit and adhere to departmental KPIs;
- Identify testing effort and establish the test plan for the given sprints;
- Coordinate with development/analyst teams during software development lifecycle phases, from requirements gathering, to functional testing, release documentation and customer User Acceptance testing;
- Provide accurate feedback on testing-related activities and report of test preparation/execution and defect resolution status;
- Communicate team progress and work on risk mitigation plans with project/scram teams to achieve deadlines without sacrificing quality of the deliverable;
- Actively engage in User Acceptance testing activities facilitating UAT Progress in terms of test planning, issues tracking, resolution and ongoing customer support;
- Responsible for training and coaching QA team on product new features;
- Contribute to various department Quality-related initiatives.

Requirements
- 6+ Years’ experience in QA with minimum of 2 years’ experience in leading QA Teams ideally in the Fintech/Banking sector;
- Have a relevant B.Sc./B.A. degree;
- Demonstrated understanding of Software development lifecycle, with end-to-end functional testing involvement including release management co-ordination;
- Excellent interpersonal skills including negotiation, problem solving and customer service experience;
- Experience with test/defect management tools such as Jira, Spira, ALM;
- Experience with T-SQL;
- Desire to grow in areas of expertise as needed by the evolving needs and goals of the company, and;
- Possess a firm command of both the Greek and English language (oral and written).
It would be also nice if you had:
- ISTQB Foundation certificate;
- AzureDevOps knowledge, and;
- Experience with Selenium or any other test automation suite.
