Technical Lead - Draught Beer

• A person who is first line responsible for the Draught Beer operation’s support.
• A Service champion with skills and potential to grow into the function.
• Brings and shares knowledge of the Beer business in our organization.
• Monitors and supports internal and external organizational processes for
• Draught Beer operations & services, ensuring the proper customer service and control processes.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop an efficient operational model in an A to Z approach (Pre-installation, installation, after-sales technical support).
• Support organization's training/development on draught operations and assets profitability.
• Control and performance evaluation on the provided service by service organization & 3rd Parties, throughout specific KBIs & Service Level Agreements.
• Monitor customer service and perform regular on-site audits. Provide feedback and proposals.
• Ensures that equipment and processes help our business to growth and meet market needs.
• Keep updated & inform our organization about market trends on equipment modifications and service organization performance.

Essential Criteria

• University degree
• Very Good command of the English language
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in the Draught Beer business
• Customer Oriented & Customer Centric mentality
• Continuous improvement & process optimization mentality
• Very good computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to set standards for management performance,
• Good knowledge of cost controlling and financial understanding,

Desirable Criteria

• Degree preferably in Engineering or Logistics,
• Experience in 3PL Management
• Experience in project and change management
